Give a reason, not just the ask.
Carousels
The highest engagement format. Six to ten slides, designed for the swipe, portrait 1080 by 1350 on the brand kit. Reels for reach, carousels for trust.
Stories, 2 to 5 a day
Your trust machine. Mostly life and value, a little business. Use polls and questions and reply to every response. A story reply opens a DM, and DMs are where followers become Telegram members.
Trial Reels
Shown only to people who don't follow you, so you can test the same idea again and again with no risk to your audience. Post two to three a week and promote the winners. You need 1,000 followers to unlock them, so make that your first milestone.
Keywords, not hashtags
Search reads your captions, name field and on screen text. Write the words people search: gold trading, XAUUSD, trading signals, learn to trade.
Fifteen minutes, twice a day
Comment genuinely on ten to fifteen posts in the trading space. A thoughtful comment is a free advert in front of a warm audience. Never "great post mate". Reply to your own comments fast, early engagement decides how far a post travels.
It's a groups game

Live in other people's groups

Talk to camera on your phone, natural light, straight to the point. The person who looks like a mate explaining something beats the one who looks like an advert.
It's a search engine
People type "how to start trading gold" into TikTok before Google. Say your keywords out loud and put them in on screen text and captions.
Cadence
Three to five posts a week, twenty one to thirty four seconds each, answering one real question. Repurpose your Reels without the watermark. Evenings perform best. Go live weekly once you hit 1,000 followers.
The daily habit
Two to five Stories. Fifteen minutes of genuine comments, morning and evening. Every comment and DM answered, fastest within the hour. One TikTok where you can.
The weekly output
Three to four Reels, run two as Trial Reels first. Two to three educational carousels with one CTA. Four posts in your own Facebook group. One TikTok live. Review what worked.
